The work of not working can be one of the most difficult skills to learn but once you gain some traction in it, it can serve you the rest of your life. Having our intention rest in the being/listening aspect of our consciousness can yields remarkable benefits. Some benefits are now scientifically verified and some will forever be beyond science, beyond words, and beyond the mind.

When observing life closely I notice an undercurrent of stillness present always. By taking the focus from the many moving parts to intently listening and observing the flow in each moment, who I am and my relationship to all of life changes.

Why not keep the practice up, always? The simple truth is –trust is required, surrendering the limited small and petty ego’s perception. Confronting inner disruptions and unsettled/ stuck energy in the body.

Trust. Trust what? The intelligence in life. The wisdom of the unconscious. The healing that is happening and showing up as  this bodily discomfort.  Be still- it passes and the peace grows stronger.
